Unable to recover from warning - No client connected #50

When pressing the "Run" button in the Evothings Workbench 1.0.0 I receive the "No client connected" popup, but the popup is located below the gray overlay thus making it impossible to recover from the warning without restarting the program.

After discussion with @divineprog I tried to download the latest node-webkit which solves the issue. .
