Provide "Empty project" intended as base for new app project. #70

To further simplify starting a new app project in Evothings Workbench, provide a simple project called e.g. "Empty project". This is a part of work involving adding a new section of the workbench containing all examples in contrast to the project list.

Consider adding New and Copy buttons instead.
