Design login UI flow in evothings2 #82

Task is to design the login UI in evothings2.

It should be possible to use the Workbench without logging in, and at any point login. It should also be possible to login before a session is established.

The handling of the session id has to support both these scenarios (logging in first and getting a pin code first). And the UI should be flexible in this respect.

Tabbed UI has been designed and implemented in a first version. Open new issues as neededfor further work. Closing this issue.
