Work on #3 -- peace_test value

wrapped infunction in IIFE (http://benalman.com/news/2010/11/immediately-invoked-function-expression/) so it would return function properly
stopped the error msg, but not sure if this fixes the actual problem?

Let me know if this helps at all @evoverbeeke -- I wasn't sure if the correct info in actually appearing, but the at least the error message is gone now
