str-2: Setup main runners #4

Now there is just one main runner, for the visualization of the cycle check. But it's in the workspace root. It would be good to move these runners to their corresponding sub folders. But I couldn't make it work and I put it in the workspace root.

Moved the main runner to main_runners/

. Needed to append the root path of the project to sys.
