Issue on ability to create or drag and drop for certain categories #16

First off thank you for an excellent Kanban board within Outlook. This is a very useful view and technique. I followed the instructions and got the setup completed. Strangely, I have no ability to add or drag and drop tasks into any of the categories except the Backlog. Thoughts on what I can do to resolve this? I am using Outlook 2016. Thank you. error

The folder structure must exactly look like in this screenshot of the tutorial: 687474703a2f2f657672656e7661726f6c2e6769746875622e696f2f6f75746c6f6f6b2d7461736b626f6172642f696d672f7461736b2d666f6c646572732e706e67

For German users: Tasks = Aufgaben (System folder for Outlooks Tasks)

It doesn't work - I've made the folder structure like michel126 and I can only create a new tasks via "plus" button. But created tasks doesn't show in correct line "focus" "Next" etc. And I still can't drag and drop any tasks. @sgmgithub @michel126 Thanks everyone! Upd: I've checked Outlook 2010, 2013 & 2016 - it's not working...

Leave the default Tasks folder and create the remaining folders as below. Even I was struggling with folder creation until I realized this. It works for me. Hope it helps task folder list
