Somehow this still does not show the tasks from Inbox.

I would need more information to try help.

whot version of Outlook you use?
do you see your todo in Task list?
are you sure, you have set up in config.js the parametr 'TASK_DEFAULT': 28,

I use Outlook 2016 with Office 365. Yes, I've changed it to TASK_DEFAULT = 28. With this, all the tasks from TODO folder are now visible except for those that are flagged from the email Inbox. I wonder if there's a way to read email based tasks differently.

am using Outlook 2016/O365. with the app.js and config.js all emails flagged for follow-up are also displayed in the backlog - great stuff :-)

what I noticed: when draging one such email to a task-subfolder (e.g. Next) it creates a task with the email text and the email attached to the task.

would you see and option to only have a link to the original-email in the task?

Just downloaded patch2 and it works fine. Great work!
