Make start page info in flash client customizable #112

Currently there is hard-coded text on start page of flash client. It would be 
good to make it possible to set this text via html.

It is now possible to set NDT description on main page using js function 
"getNDTDescription". Changes are on FlashIssue112 branch. Feel free to review.
