Flash client does not send client.application meta field #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a typical test.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That a META message containing the client.application tag be transmitted 
between the client and server over the control channel.

Fix coming.

A fix for this is available in r920 on the Issue123 branch. Please review when 
you have a second!

That branch also includes a new feature for customizing the client application 
id transmitted to the server through the META test.

These changes are already merged into trunk so changing status to "Fixed"
