configure script fails to find the library web100 #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get kernel 3.8.0 from ftp://ftp.kernel.org/
2.Apply patch web10g-0.6.2-3.8.patch
3.make and install kernel & ass. modules
4.make and install web10g-userland-2.0.6.2
5.try to run ./configure in ../ndt-3.6.5.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: all the required components for the server application to be 
configured.

actual: 

*** Server Tools - incomplete
* fakewww:      NO    (missing web100 library)
* web100srv:    NO    (missing web100 library)
* Tcpbw100.jar: YES

*** Administrative Tools - incomplete
* analyze:      NO    (missing web100 library)
* viewtrace:    NO    (missing web100 library)
* tr-mkmap:     NO    (missing web100 library)
* genplot:      NO    (missing web100 library)
* JAnalyze.jar: YES
* Admin.class:  YES

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
web10g patch 0.6.2-3.8 on ubuntu with kernel 3.8.0 from ftp://ftp.kernel.org/ 
and web10g-userland-2.0.6.2

This is working as expected since web100 isn't installed, web10g is. We're 
looking to support web10g soon, but for now, NDT only supports web100.
