How to restrict the usage of DCP from desktop? #48

Google Chrome Version 41.0.2272.101 m  - on Windows 8.1
Added: Data Compression Proxy -from niu tech   from chrome webstore. to the 
chrome browser.

I realized blocking any of the below links, couldn't restrict the DCP.

check.googlezip.net/connect
proxy.googlezip.net:443
compress.googlezip.net:80
