Create a "Preparing" section and write content #26

I wrote a lot here, hopefully not too much.

Basically I created section 0: preparing for internships. I moved the side projects section into it and added lots of stuff and split it into "complete beginner" and "some experience". I also talk a bit about reading stuff online to get a feel of the industry.

Did all the revisions and added more details in some parts! Not gonna list them all this time since there's many ^^
