Request: Add github tag for Release 3.9+ #12

Please add the tag for the new release 3.9+ (2021060600) to Github. It makes it much easier than to find the commit ids.

You maybe added one tag too many? (3.9+ vs. 3.9)

Hi danowark2k,

I'm testing out the release workflow, hence the confusion. It did not work for a tag containing the +sign, so I was forced to add a 3.9 release.

The 3.9 tag was automatically updated in the Moodle plugin database (despite the warning).
