XRandR: Floating window spawned in managed layer on second screen floats to first screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select the second screen
2. spawn an xterm in the managed layer
3. move it to the floating layer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: it moves to the floating layer, but remains on the same screen   
Actual: it moves to the floating layer, but also to the first screen

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating
system?
wmii-hg2536

(Edit...for clarity) basically, all windows, from what i can see, move to the
floating layer on the screen they were last floating on...if they didnt spawn
floating and havent been floating before,they move to the left screen

it would be more consistent in my opinion, if the windows, when floated stayed 
on the
same screen they are already on when moved between layers
