iTerm2 inline image support #9

This plugin is great, but it would be extra great if it could show the diff inline in iTerm2 (perhaps as an option with a flag or a config setting).

iTerm2 has documentation here for implementing inline image display: https://www.iterm2.com/documentation-images.html

@BenBergman Doesn't give you the comparison diff, but if all you want is to use iTerm's imgcat for diffing can follow this: https://til.hashrocket.com/posts/tyz3s673co-show-images-on-git-diff
