Export "Differential expression" table to CSV file #186

This adds an Export button atop the filtered annotations table in the "Differential expression" example.

Clicking the button downloads a CSV file containing all data in the table. This aids downstream analysis.

Coverage remained the same at 90.55% when pulling 5e38a619b0583001a70f7b8be369f1b863d6bfb8 on export-table-to-csv into 4f53243d85da507e3e5335d9ad94d0fe46866df6 on master.
