Tailor layout, improve filter and sort, support more organisms in "Differential expression" #187

This refines the UI in the "Differential expression" example. These changes will:

Tailor layout of ideogram and annotation table to be more responsive to larger screens
Unbound outer ends of the log₂(fold change) range filter, so extreme values are included
Sort location genomically, not lexicographically, so e.g. chr2:1M-2M comes before chr10:1M-2M
Add support for human, Arabidopsis, and rat

Coverage remained the same at 90.55% when pulling fb4d5172de9a339845b9cabf3c660216677cc929 on refine-deg-ui into c06729a4f01d5d2fbf91e881b0ea19db1f0e39d2 on master.
