Prototype gene cache #272

This adds an early prototype of gene caching. Use cases:

Speed up and ease plotting genes along chromosomes
Test if a given string is a gene name, e.g. for related genes and gene search
Find genomic position of a given gene (or all genes)

Coverage increased (+0.07%) to 89.263% when pulling 628f39db9af83537b41b773b9c8456ba61e6cbd7 on gene-cache into d7e89e2f40658f368b5425c0977744c4a90fc0d9 on master.
