This upgrades the "Orthologs" example to use Homology 0.6.0. As detailed in https://github.com/eweitz/homology/pull/22, ortholog search is up to 2x faster with fewer errors.
In the example below, a search for orthologs of human genes HRAS and NRAS in mouse returns in 9.0 seconds before, and 6.8 seconds now.

This also expands and organizes the set of organisms that are available for comparative genomics. New organisms:
