Hi,
it would appear that there might be an issue with large custom chromosomes: for Arabidopsis thaliana (using custom chromosome lengths) everything works fine: https://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/plaza/versions/plaza_v5_monocots/genome_mapping/wgmapping/go/GO%3A0009611/species/ath
However, for Triticum aestivum, the chromosomes are simply not displayed: https://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/plaza/versions/plaza_v5_monocots/genome_mapping/wgmapping/go/GO%3A0009611/species/tae
I've been looking at the JSON data for quite a while now, and don't see any reason why the provided data wouldn't work. So my only remaining idea is that there might be some internal issue with Ideogram.
