New option for adding a link to the carousel instead of clickable images #52

New code originally authored by @sipman and extended by @ewels. Gives option in Settings to use a button link instead of the whole image as a link when carousel items have URLs. Can customise classes and text of buttons, including custom link text for each carousel item if desired.
