I installed this plugin on Wordpress 5.5.1. on the left menu I clicked on "Carousel >> Add New" I can see where to add Featured Image but I don't see where to add all the images I want to see on the carousel.

Also, is it possible to attach this carousel to a widget? Fro example, I want to add it to a Widget that is found on the front page.

Here is what I can see.

You add one "post" per image. So the featured image is the one that will show in the carousel. To add multiple images, click "Add New" multiple times.

And yes - the carousel works as a shortcode and there are widgets which allow you to use any arbitrary shortcode.

@ewels Thank you! That worked. But the Carousel won't auto start by itself. It won't start the animation until one of the controls is clicked then it'll start. Is there a way to auto start the animation as soon as the user lands on the page without clicking on controls?

Sure, check the settings tab and also the plugin FAQ: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cpt-bootstrap-carousel/#the%20carousel%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20start%20sliding%20itself%20%2F%20setting%20interval%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20work
