Probably start off by converting an existing module to Python for testing. Then generalise this to be an example module.

Wrote the core functions in a new Helpers.pm core python file
Wired this up so that it can be imported as a Python module
Wrote the basic plot_preseq module in python, which now seems to work
Changed the way that cluster flow handles modules, so that they can have file extensions
- Still need to end in .cfmod, but can now be .cfmod.pl or .cfmod.py
