Move documentation to github #4

Transfer the documentation to github wiki, makes it easier to keep it up to date.

Also shift some of the stuff in README.md to the docs, as this is fairly long at the moment.

Add a FAQ with some of the common errors and how to fix them. Also add a section to the installation instructions about environment modules.
