Migrating to the new version was mostly smooth except for getting an error because of the setting of the cluster environment. This was a problem with trailing whitespace in the config file. These changes improve the error message so you can see what's gone wrong and strip whitespace in the Constants module so it doesn't happen in the first place.
Jobs seem to be running so far but I've kicked off a bunch of stuff to run overnight.
