Dynamic initial a2 window scaling #199

Expected Behavior

When opening a2 for the first time ever the window has a proper size according to your display and resolution settings.

Current Behavior

The window might be super small while the controls appear rather huge 🤨

Possible Solution

Just like we scale our css values we might scale the initial window size values.
