New Module dialog offers to add to a2.modules release ... #212

Expected Behavior

When creating a module ( Ctrl + N ) there are only packages available that one should be allowed to add to.

Current Behavior

A module package release will be among the list of Module Sources that one can add to.

Possible Solution

[ ] have a release/dev identifier in a released package meta data
[x] read this identifier on package load and offer it in a member property or something?
[x] list only dev module sources in the Create Module dialog.

The initial issue is solved. We might need some ui or functionality to mark releases other than update_url has "github" and .git folder is available tho 🤔
