Make module list expandable tree #238

Currently all the modules are listed alphabetically no matter where they're from. With a growing list this gets quite messy.

With a tree widget we could actually collapse certain module packages or sort them like from what source they are.

[x] turn the widget into a QTreeWidget and make it so that it looks exactly like the current implementation.
[x] add option for arranging under packages
[x] add option for sorting according to packages
[x] fix phrase and tag filtering
[x] hide empty packages in list
