First start: make sure the default shortcut is working. #244

Expected Behavior

The ui pops up and shows the Open a2 UI hotkey. That hotkey works.

Current Behavior

Actually pressing this hotkey doesn't do anything until we make a change, hit F5/restart the runtime.
