Currently there is no Uninstaller in the .zip. That's it. That's the difference.
The reason is that it felt unnecessary to have it there but then we decided: Lets keep the integration options in the main menu! So IF the user wants to integrate. They can but now you'd need to take care of the start menu links by yourself when you deleted the a2 dir with all settings inside.
We could have the Uninstaller take care of all that in one go :)
