Jamiecook/custom setup stanza #6

Added a custom setup stanza to the cabal file to make stack shut up.

Not really sure what the actual expectations of versions should be... as far as I can see the Setup.hs doesn't really do anything very complex.

Actually, the custom build setup was an artifact of me messing around with the FFI configuration during development. It should be fine to change it back to Simple and lose Setup.hs.
