Fix bower.json dependencies #8

Fix all bower dependencies
Tested bower install to make sure no errors

This is a mess. I get the dependencies fixed to install paper-interval-progress and iron-interval then get an error about core-interval when trying to install with bower.

@justweb1 Current version of this project is far from release. I'm working on it onlly in free time, so i can't say anything about release date. Old 0.5 version is based on core-elements and my custom core-interval and paper-interval-progress. Now i'm switching to iron-interval and paper-interval-progress#1.0.0 which both is ready, but there are still a lot work to do for paper-interval-slider.
