Make panel transparent in the Activities instead of black. Fixes #113 #121

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! There was a more complicated underlying issue here which I fixed in #127.

Well, #127 isn't actually good enough imo. The overview is reasonably dark to make the panel fully transparent (as opposed to maintaining its maximum transparency limit set manually in settings). My fix does not have that issue. Upd. Also, there is a bug now so that the limit is used even when the main «Custom opacity» switch is disabled. Upd.2 And also, it completely ignores maximized window switching in the new version. This is probably to do with #127.

I'm slightly confused about what the issue is but could you open issues so this doesn't get lost in this closed thread?

For the overview, this extension has always focused on making the panel fully transparent in the overview and on my system #127 ensures that.

If you could elaborate on it ignoring maximized window switching that would also be helpful.
