Forces browser close on Android (Samsung Galaxy)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Mobile Browser on Android Device (Samsung Galaxy)
2. Go to a page that uses this script
3. Browser closes 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the page to load; browser closes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2; Android

We haven't received any other submissions about this; any number of variables 
could have caused the browser to close, including other JavaScript.

Did you encounter the same behavior when embedding using static publishing 
and/or the classic <object><embed> approach?
