This pull request proposes the incorporation of the SSTP VPN Configuration Script into the MikroTik script list repository. The script is designed to simplify the setup process for SSTP VPN connections on MikroTik devices, offering users a more user-friendly and efficient method for configuration.

Changes:

Addition of the SSTP VPN Configuration Script to the repository.
Modified README.md to include the script.
Created documentation on how to use the script.

This has little to no chance to be accepted into my repository. This is about scripts that are used on the device for regular tasks, not for one-time configuration.

However you could be interested in mod/scriptrunonce, which allows to download and run your script:
