WordNet needs to be loaded #2

We need to load WordNet into a triple store so that we can query it for similar tags.

I can look into this as well. I'm starting up a virtuoso end point on the VM for some other work, so I'll add this as well.

Thanks to a bit of Google searching, I found an endpoint at Talis with a copy of WN 3.0 loaded. Link. I think we may just want to use this instead of spending time loading our own; it will also demonstrate reuse of existing Semantic Web datasets.
