Using Geonames we should identify a DBpedia URI for the current city and use that to link out to the LOD cloud.

Looking into this right now. I have old code that does something close to this, but getting the DBPedia URL will be hard, as I don't think you can get it from the API...but it has been awhile so I'll check,
