Failed to download action error. #2

Have you seen this error before? I'm not sure if this is my fault or something else. Failed to download action 'https://api.github.com/repos/actions/checkout/tarball/v1.1.1'. Error Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).

Found source of the error. Version numbers wrong.
