add standard mpm (smpm) hat shape functions, see commits 563fca9e701dfcd91ef2fa8a2855381e42293361 and 21231342e7962e0e0ed043b63d6824212f2bdbc0

use gimpm shape functions but considering a null material point length, i.e., l0 = 0
