typespec is wrong on tags. #5

Environment

Elixir & Erlang versions (elixir --version):
ExAws version mix deps |grep ex_aws
HTTP client version. IE for hackney do mix deps | grep hackney

Current behavior

resource_type is mislabled as binary()

Expected behavior

resource_type should be labeled as atom()
