Hello,
I am currently helping to maintain a successor of Lu Wang's pdf2htmlEX
(my ongoing development can be found in my development fork).
As part of my rewriting the associated github-pages, I would very much like to include a recent pdf2htmlEX conversion of your released PDF on the main page (together with links to your github project and release pages).
(The current draft of the rewitten github-pages, can be found at https://stephengaito.github.io/pdf2htmlEX )
However, I am unsure what copyright and or license I could use with your book.
At the moment you do not have a License or Copyright notice (that I can read :$ )
