[🐛esl-calousel]: nested carousel and carousel containers support #2469

If multiple carousels exist within the bounds of a single carousel container, the default styles do not differentiate the markers (e.g., incomplete).

Case 1

Carousel controls become invisible if any container in the DOM tree has an incomplete marker, regardless of the container owner.
