Would you also test this PL: https://github.com/example42/puppet-firewall/pull/8 it introduces support for ipfilter but may change some defaults...

back in world and sorry for the long delay ... I put the ipfilter-test on my todo-list, but can't assure that the test will happen the next days.

Hi,

I just tested the changed defaults and got no problems on existing definitions. Just had some issues for newly declared firewall-rules (missing protocol on set port) - but that's expected :-).

So for me all changes are working fine.
