puppet-stunnel example42 module #15

I created the stunnel example42 module (www.stunnel.org).

This pull request is to add it as a submodule of puppet-modules-nextgen. I'm not sure if this is the correct process to do this, so if this is not the way to go, please tell me.

Congrats for the project, it's awesome!

Yep, that's the correct process, thank you. Just a pair of notes:

The url should be fixed
Is the module compatible with, at least, RedHat and Debian derivatives? I see some default values that seem a bit too much distro specific (for example the ones with "stunnel4")

I've fixed the URL, obviously the path was wrong. And i pushed a commit changing the package name as in Debian and similar is stunnel4 but in RedHat is just stunnel.

I couldn't test the module in RedHat distro, but at least i can tell it works in Debian and derivatives
