Syntax error #12

Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Syntax error at 'force'; expected ')' at /etc/puppetlabs/puppet/environments/production/modules/perl/manifests/cpan/module.pp:27 on node

It appears you are missing a comma before the "force" parameter.
