This is a solution for #58.

Coverage remained the same at 95.734% when pulling 7f05e1883c4a66de59f31a982cb1647630f76a59 on mickaneda:ensure into 70aa21261409a653fbf8337a1008ebc3137433b0 on example42:master.

@mickaneda started to test this and it's quite a great additions: with ensure=latest on a tp::dir with vcsrepo used we can basically do applications/websites deployment whenever puppet runs and something is changed on master. Neat. TY!
