Url of SCL repo seems to be wrong #141

Hi! I think the URL to the SCL repo in scl.pp maybe wrong. It is: http://dev.centos.org/centos/${release}/SCL/\$basearch/ What worked for me: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/${release}/SCL/\$basearch
