Fixes Travis CI checks with Ruby 1.8.7 and lower #75

Travis CI is currently broken with 1.8.7 and lower. This appears to fix it on my local instance.

Apparently Travis is still broken. I initially thought this was due to the puppet_spec_helper and rspec-puppet circular dependency dance, but maybe it's not.
