added the devtools2 repo #89

i've added it as a seperate repo as you might want to install both devtools1.1 and devtools2 as is my current need

You know, I'd start to parametrize in each of these yum classes the parameters we use in the yumrepo define, for better reusability (Yum is one of the few modules that will survive in Example42 Puppet Modules version 3.0 :-) )
