Use call function instead of function_hiera #132

This was fixed in lib/puppet/functions/params_lookup.rb, just needs to be fixed here as well

I don't think so. This is the version that is used in Puppet3 and should stay like before for backwards compatibility The Puppet4 version in lib/puppet/functions/params_lookup.rb , as you noted, is already fixed.
